People think that if they can stick to a routine and do everything the same way every single time, then there will be nothing for them in their Lucid dreams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This couldn’t be further from the truth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though your dreamer may have the maximum amount of awareness during their dream, they are still experiencing the physical effects of their actions in their real wor<\/strong>ld. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

That means that they are going to feel tired, have trouble concentrating, and may even have feelings of depression during their <\/strong>Lucid dreams<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Even if you’re someone who can easily put his or her dreams on auto-pilot, the truth is that Lucid dreams<\/a> require a lot of work on your part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have to be in a place where you will have complete control over your every action and movement in your dream, and that can be very hard when you are dealing with everyday stress and pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stress and the things that go along with stress can deplete our physical resources and put us at risk for illness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lucid dreams<\/a> can help take care of these everyday problems that you experience, but they cannot magically solve every problem that you have, so you have to make sure that you’re taking care of yourself mentally as well as physically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you can learn to be aware of the stressful situations that you are currently dealing with in your life and focus on them during your dream, you will be able to take advantage of your dream’s healing power and use it to your advantage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if you are dealing with some sort of fight with an ex, and you can find yourself mentally exhausted and very stressed out, you can use this time to think about all of the good times that you had with your ex, and you can try to get those thoughts out of your head and onto the subconscious. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After you do this a few times, your mind will associate your stressful situation with those thoughts, and you will be able to let go of them and allow yourself to be moved by the stress and the tension that was affecting you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you are tired and worn out from dealing with a stressful situation, you will be able to sleep much better and be able to deal with more stressful things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
