Are Astral Projections the Same As Astral Shifting?
You’ve probably heard the term “astral projection” tossed around before, but you may not understand exactly what it means.
When people talk about this or that, they often mean astral projection, but when they say astral shifting it can mean two different things.
The truth is, you need to make sure that you understand the difference between the two before you start learning more about this fascinating method.
Astral projection can be defined as leaving your physical body and going “out of body.”
Astral shifting on the other hand is not going out of body, although it can be a little bit of both.
You see, astral projection and astral traveling are two different things because astral projection is when you leave your physical body.
Astral travel can occur while you are awake, but most people who are completely aware will not have an out of body experience when they are sleeping.
Astral projection, however, can happen at any time, even while you are sleeping.
So, if you are wondering if astral projection and astral traveling are two different things, the answer is yes, but only partially so.
To put it in simple terms, astral projection is when you leave your physical body and travel to an area that you choose.
An example might be that you want to visit your favorite aunt for a holiday.
When you are finished with your holiday, you can go back, but if you are sober you may feel silly and go home instead.
While you are visiting your Aunt’s, you can travel through the astral planes, meet her, and have a great time.
That is the basic concept of astral projection, so now you know the difference between the two.
Reality Shifting Vs Astral Projection Vs Lucid Dreaming
The vast majority of people who have experienced either one of these say that they are the most mind-blowing experiences of their lives.
However, what people need to realize is that each one requires a different amount of effort to achieve and therefore, it can be said that there is no “best” or “correct” way to experience either of these.
People need to understand that each of these can and will vary from person to person and therefore, it is important that they are willing to adjust to the experience accordingly.
One may require less effort than the other while others may be almost impossible to achieve without a lot more work.
In this article we will look at the differences between reality shifting and lucid dreaming and why you should consider doing one over the other.
When looking at the two experiences, both are out of this world and therefore, one could say that they are similar in many ways.
However, they are also very different.
For instance, one requires a great deal of concentration and focus while the other is far easier to achieve.
Therefore, it is important that people are willing to dedicate themselves to the experience to be able to come out with the best results possible.
One of the biggest reasons why people choose to do astral projection and lucid dreaming over the other is because of the feedback they get from their experiences.
When someone does astral projection and lucid dreaming, they often say that it was one of the most amazing experiences of their lives.
This is because their soul is literally lifted into another world where they are free to do as they wish and experience things that cannot be done in our normal physical world.
One can say that these experiences are sort of like going on an “immersion” where the senses are used and explored.
Lucid dreams are essentially the same thing but the only difference is that the person can not hear, touch or feel anything so the entire experience is much more pure.
How the Difference Between Lucid Dreaming and Shifting Your Consciousness
So many people ask this question: Can lucid dreams really shift your consciousness? This is a hard one to answer because whether or not it can shift your consciousness to some other place where you are in fact moving, I don’t know.
All I know for sure is that the actual truth of it is that they do have the ability to do so. There are a lot of people who claim to have had lucid dreams, but when you actually talk to them, they don’t remember any of it.
What they do remember, is that they were out of their dream state, floating, traveling through air, and things like that.
There are a lot of people who claim that they had conversations with people who they haven’t seen in years, but they don’t remember a single thing that they said in their sleep.
The truth is that these are all types of memory regressions.
Now that is one of the big differences between dreaming and actually shifting your consciousness.
What I think is the biggest difference between dreaming and actually shifting your consciousness is that there isn’t anything at stake.
People who are having lucid dreams often claim that it changed their lives for the better.
- I can totally understand this. If I had dreamed that my wife was cheating on me, I would probably be having a lot more second thoughts about getting back together.
- However, if I’m sleeping and suddenly I have a vision of saving my marriage from a cheating husband, then all of my problems are worth it.
Few People Mistake Reality Shifting With Lucid Dreaming Claim
Some people mistake lucid dreaming with reality shifting and believe that they are in a dream.
This is the reason why, when they wake up, they can’t remember the dream and therefor can’t find any reference in their daily life to explain what they saw or were doing at that time.
For instance, I was once walking along the sidewalk when suddenly I felt some small hand grabbing my arm.
When I opened my eyes, I saw a man in a suit standing there holding a brief case and smiling.
One of the most common reasons why many people mistake lucid dreaming with reality shifting is because they are not sure whether or not they’re awake or in a dream.
This can be quite confusing since there’s no way you can really tell whether or not you’re dreaming.
People who have a problem with doubt, however, should keep in mind that the human brain has built-in logical explanations for nearly every perception and experience.
In this case, it is considered extremely unlikely that you are in a dream unless you lose complete focus and become disoriented.
Lucid dreams are more often than not brief experiences of extreme feelings, sights, and actions.
The truth is, there are many things that can possibly happen in a lucid dream.
Your physical senses and imagination play a big role in how those happen.
Lucid dreaming is a state wherein your subconscious mind controls your entire physical reality and everything around you.
If you can successfully control and direct the activities of your sub conscious, you will be able to perform amazing feats such as flying, teleporting, and even passing out from out of your body or into the arms of a total stranger.
However, keep in mind that it is extremely difficult to perform these feats without the help of someone who knows how to do it.
When Lucid Dreaming Your Senses Are Very Distorted Like They Would Be in a Dream
One of the main differences between when lucid dreaming and when you are awake is that when you are lucid dreaming, you can access the subconscious mind.
When you are awake you are in a very rational and conscious state of mind.
When you are awake, logic and awareness are the most important aspects of what you are doing.
If you can access the subconscious mind then you have the ability to do anything.
There are many great stories of people who have had strange dreams that come to them while they are awake but when they wake up they cannot remember any of it.
Another great characteristic of a lucid dream is that you can see things that aren’t physical.
When you are awake things that are not solid and very real seem very unreal and there is nothing that you can do about it.
When you are lucid dreaming however, you can look at things like a mirror and there is nothing there to distort what you see.
When you are looking at something physical it can seem like an extremely distorted version of the actual thing.
You might see a hand and believe that it is yours when in actuality it’s just a hologram floating in your mind.
One of the best characteristics of a lucid dream is that you have total control over the way that you will respond to the dream.
In some cases you may find yourself fighting with something or trying to run away from something that you don’t want to do in the dream.
In these instances you have the power to react like you would in the real world. This makes the experience all the more exciting and can lead to very interesting fantasies.
What is Lucid Dreaming?
Lucid Dreaming is the act of being aware to control your dream so you can have an Out of Body experience which many believe to be the next stage of meditation.
Lucid Dreaming is done through Hypnosis, NLP and some say through subliminal technology.
There are many people that have done Lucid Dreaming and swear by it.
If you attempt to do it on your own you will only end up having poor imagination and a very distorted image of what your Lucid Dreaming experience will be like.
It is believed that you are in control of your dreams and that Lucid Dreaming is the state of conscious waking dreaming, however Lucid Dreaming can also be Lucid Hypnotic state.
Lucid Dreaming is when you are aware of what is going on around you in your dreams. Lucid Dreaming is different for everyone; some dream much more than others and some don’t even dream at all.
Lucid Dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming and sometimes it is very apparent, other times it is much harder to tell if you are dreaming or not.
When you Lucid Dream you can go anywhere you want to in your dreams, and often you can visit places that you have been to but cannot remember.
Lucid Dreaming Is the Act of Being Aware That You Are Dreaming While Waking Up
Lucid dreaming has many benefits for people who practice it.
Lucid dreaming can provide an excellent platform for psychotherapy, in which case the dreamer can confront the subconscious mind and learn new ways of dealing with issues they have been dealing with, or even heal an existing condition.
Lucid dreaming can also help improve a person’s physical health.
Lucid dreaming can also provide information to help someone in their spiritual development.
Lucid dreaming is also the first step toward hypnosis.
In order to work on the subconscious, however, the dreamer needs to be aware that he/she is dreaming, in order to effectively deal with the suggestions made by the subconscious.
Lucid dreaming can also provide the means to overcome some mental blocks that a person might have encountered during the course of one’s day.
For instance, if you are stuck in traffic on your way to work, you can use a few brief flashes of lucid dreaming to help slip through the traffic and reach your workplace.
Lucid dreaming is an incredible skill to have.
Anyone can do it, whether that person is a psychologist, an engineer, a priest, a monk, a witch, or even a housewife.
The important thing to remember is that you must learn to control yourself and not let the trance affect your conscious mind.
Otherwise, you will be doing nothing but wandering through dreamtime, and all of the wonderful things that life has to offer will be lost forever.
How To Experience Astral Travel
When we experience astral travel, we often think of it as both a holiday and a very strange adventure.
This is because there really isn’t a whole lot of difference between it and out of body experiences (OOBE’s).
The only main difference is the fact that the soul or consciousness leaves the body and is free to roam around the universe.
So the question you should ask yourself before you begin to shift your consciousness to an astral plane is this: “Will I be able to successfully go through the shift?” The answer to this question will largely depend on how deeply you are into your astral adventures.
There are three shifting methods that you can use to explore leaving your current reality for an astral adventure.
These include visualizing the experience in your head, visualizing in your imagination, and practicing self-hypnosis.
Using visualization techniques, you can literally visualize the experience in your mind as if you are in it.
By doing this, you can help move your conscious mind away from what you are currently experiencing and give it more time to imagine traveling to another reality.
Visualizing in your imagination can be accomplished by drawing a mental picture of whatever it is you desire.
Once you have visualized this in your imagination, you can begin to relax your muscles, move your arms and legs, breathe deeply, and focus on the act of visualizing as it begins to occur.
Practicing self-hypnosis involves sitting down in a quiet place, closing your eyes, breathing deeply, and saying positive affirmations.
With these three methods in hand, you should have no problem entering one of the other two realities: the astral world and the one you are presently living in.
Impossible to Die While Astral Projecting
You can be certain that once you learn the truth about death and the afterlife then impossible to die while astral projecting will become an easier thing for you to handle.
This is because you will be able to understand exactly what happens to you after you pass over, so that you won’t be afraid of anything that could possibly happen when you’re out there.
One of the scariest things that can happen when you are out there is that you could end up going to a place called hell.
You may find yourself in a place where people are burning and eating people alive, you may be put into a situation where you have to choose between your life and your loved ones.
It may be a very terrifying or even a draining experience, but you should know that you’re not going to have to worry about any of this if you’re having an astral projection experience.
There are also some other dangers that you should be aware of when it comes to impossible to die while astral projecting it may be a very scary or even a draining experience for you.
One of the things that you should know is that you could end up going to a place called hell if you’re not careful with where you travel.
The last thing that you should know is that while you’re looking into the possible ways of impossible to die while astral projecting, you should also know that many people have actually succeeded in this process.
Negative Energies Can and Will Latch Onto You
Negative energies can and will latch onto you anywhere and feed off of you in many ways.
The only way to fight these off is by using your mind, emotions, body and spirit to protect yourself.
Negative energies have a tremendous effect on the human mind and emotions. If you allow them to take over you, then no matter what you try will not work.
There are many techniques that one can use to fight off negative thoughts and feelings.
One of the best ways to do this is to be very quiet and deep breathing techniques can calm down your mind and give you the power to think clearly and be less receptive to the negative influences that may come your way.
Another technique is to find something to focus your mind on such as a good book or movie. You can then let go of your negative thought and let it go and focus your mind and emotions on something else.
Remember that negative energies can and will latch onto you no matter what kind of person you are.
The key to fighting them is to become strong in your mind, emotions and spirit and realize that they are only illusions and just your mind and emotions trying to get you to do what they want you to do.
Once you realize that, you will be well on your way to ridding yourself of all the negative energies that have been plaguing you and many other people out there.
The Dangers of Trying to Astral Projection If You Don’t Know What You Are Doing
There are a number of common mistakes made when attempting to astral travel that can be fatal to you and your astral projection efforts.
The first thing to realize is that astral projection, although seemingly simple, is not easy. It takes a certain degree of self awareness and astral preparation in order to successfully complete such an endeavor.
It is this preparation and self awareness that will help guide you through any problems that you may encounter while astral projecting.
If you are looking for a piece of advise that will help you avoid making common mistakes when attempting astral traveling, I think that the answer lies in learning as much about the process as possible.
This includes researching the different theories and practices regarding astral projection and then talking to experienced astral travelers.
How To Practice Astral Projection Without Fearing
Many people believe that when they try to practice astral projection it can be easy.
In actuality it can be hard and many people become discouraged because there are many things that can happen when you are out of the physical realm.
There are some people that experience scary things such as a ghost walking or things that they are afraid of going through.
With this being said, there are some ways that you can practice astral projection and get over these fears.
First you need to understand that when you go into the astral realm your body is going to be heavier than normal.
This may not sound like a big deal but in actuality what happens is that you can find yourself floating above the ground and this can scare some people.
The best way to prevent this from happening is to simply try to stay aware of your weight in the physical realm.
Once you are able to realize that you are heavier in the physical realm then it will become easier for you to float.
It is also important that you do not get too excited when you are getting ready to have an astral projection session.
Some people have the fear that they will be jumping off of bridges or slipping onto a strange place that they do not know.
The best way to help you to get over these fears is to simply practice talking to yourself. By doing this you can learn to speak to yourself in the third dimension and by doing this you will be prepared for whatever may come.
What Do You See When You Are Astral Projecting?
If you are new to astral projection you may be asking yourself “what do I see? or “how do I do astral projection?”
There are a few key things that you should know if you are looking to be able to practice astral projection and not waste time learning how to do it the wrong way.
For instance when you are trying to project you will be able to actually see your astral body in action.
You will also be able to see other people’s astral bodies and even in rare cases view the past and future of that person.
The best way to practice astral traveling is to practice alone.
If you are projecting with someone and they are having a hard time then you may want to ask them to help you out.
If you have any questions about how to be able to do astral projection you can ask the person that you are projecting with.
You may also find that there is an online community for astral travelers which is great for getting information about being able to go on these adventures.
When you are first practicing astral traveling you may notice that you can go back and undo what you did during your previous session.
This means that you can go back and make those last few steps before you were ready to come out of astral projection.
When you are first starting out you may want to avoid making any permanent connections.
If you are able to this will help you to stay focused and not slip up on your journey.
Remembering that you can go back and make changes as you go is just part of the process so keep this in mind when you are first starting out and practicing astral projection.
When You Project Your Soul Consciousness Is Attached To Your Physical Body
When you project your soul consciousness into your astral body, your soul is attached to your physical body by a silver cord.
That silver cord is called the “etheric energy cord” and it runs from your physical body through your astral body and then out of your astral body into the higher light of your soul.
When you die, this cord is cut and becomes thinner. As it becomes thinner the energy field in your astral body weakens. It will not be long until that energy field no longer has an energy field to protect your spirit and you slip into spirit form.
If you are not strong enough in spirit to protect yourself and your soul from these soul fragments that want to take over your life, they can consume your higher consciousness.
Then you will lose your soul consciousness and go directly into astral life.
If you are ready to go into astral life, but you don’t have higher consciousness, it won’t be long before you slip into a coma or slip off to sleep.
You may not even be aware that you are slipping into astral life and simply drifting off to a more desirable place when you get a chance to rest.
What is Astral Projection?
Astral Projection is also known as an out of body experience, out of the body experience, or astral traveling.
It is something that most people will have heard of and probably done at some point or another, but it is not exactly something that you are likely to talk about in your everyday conversation.
It is more likely to be discussed in a spiritual or psychic sense.
Astral Projection is defined by Wikipedia as “the projection of an entire human body from the physical world into another realm, usually through an astral plane.”
When you have an astral projection, it can be compared to a near-death experience in many ways. You are going from one reality to another, and although it may not seem like it, you are actually traveling to a place that does not really exist in our physical world.
This can be compared to how you may go into a trance and suddenly be transported into another world. You can then be taken into a place that has different rules and values, although you are still within your own physical body.
An out of body experience can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on what you do and how you do it.
You have control over where you go and how you go there. It can happen while you are asleep, standing, or walking.
It is important to understand that although it can be dangerous and even life threatening if you do not have proper control over it, an out of body experience can be great in spiritual and other ways.
If you have an out of body experience, try to share it with others as much as possible.
How Do People Perform Astral Projection?
Astral projection is the act of leaving your physical body and traveling to a place called an astral plane. The astral plane is a vast space of energy that is populated by both astral beings and humans. An astral body can be viewed as a kind of ghost, or something very similar to it.
When you perform astral projection, you are actually projecting your consciousness or soul into an alternate dimension.
You are not really leaving your physical body, although you are leaving your physical mind and soul.
Your astral body is like a ghost, or something that is slightly alive.
You are able to visit places that are unreachable on the physical plane, but only if you are traveling in an astral plane.
To achieve astral travel successfully, you must learn more about astral projection and how it works.
There are many books and articles that will teach you the basics of astral projection, and this information can be very valuable.
You do not have to try to perform astral projection on your own, because there are tools that will help you.
When Shifting Realities You Have All
When shifting realities you get all your senses touch, taste, smell and sound. Each different one brings you something entirely different to experience.
In your journey you will be faced with many obstacles that come from other realities or from your own internal mind.
This will test not only your patience but also your concentration and awareness to maintain what you are doing at the present moment.
When shifting your perceptions, always remember who you are and what you have done so far.
When you get back to your present time, look back and see how much has changed for you since your last memory.
How much stronger do you feel? How are you feeling about yourself? This is a great way to start making your path toward a successful outcome to each challenge you face in life.
When shifting your realities, always keep all of your senses in your mind.
Use all of your senses to get what you want from your life.
When you use all your five senses you will experience what everyone else around you experience when they are successful in life. This makes it easy for you to achieve the same things that others have already achieved.
How to Use When You Are Stretching Your Consciousness
There is nothing like the feeling of instant telepathy with your mind, when you are shifting realities you are tranferring your consciousness experience things in new ways.
The human experience in this life is limited to two things, the physical and the mental.
We have two brains, each with its own functioning programming, which allow us to experience life in different ways.
With each conscious experience we are shifting our perception of the world around us, we are literally seeing and experiencing things in new ways, as if someone has lifted a glass.
When you are changing your reality you are not changing reality, but the way that you perceive the world around you.
You can choose to experience many different types of reality, both the physical and the mental, or you can choose to experience only one, for example, flying or walking through water.
In either case your experience will be deeply impacted by the choices you make, so don’t be afraid of experimenting.
After all, there is no rule saying that we must always experience pleasure and pain at the same time in order to shift.
As a matter of fact, many people report that they are able to live perfectly happy lives when there are only a few choices in reality, and the experience these choices, especially when they are surrounded by other realities, is deeply moving.
The human consciousness is constantly shifting, on a day-to-day basis, until it reaches a point where it never looks back, or forward, and instead just stays put in a state of tranquility.
Your conscious mind is itself constantly shifting as well, but most of us go through more conscious experience in a day than another since we are always living in two realities at the same time.
Each of the realities can be completely different from the other, even though they have the same general structure.
For example, you could be driving down a lonely stretch of road and suddenly be confronted with a very real physical confrontation with an attacker, or you could be walking along the beach and suddenly be faced with a series of intense challenges that are impossible to complete in your present consciousness.
If you choose to travel between these realities, your journey will be significantly longer, but when you are shifting your awareness to something else, you can jump from reality to another in a matter of seconds.
How to Astral Travel – Understanding When You Are Transferring Your Consciousness
When you are shifting realities, you are essentially tranferring your consciousness in a different reality. It can be very disconcerting to shift your awareness out of one reality into another.
When you first begin to learn how to astral travel, you will likely find that you experience many different realities.
However, you will not know which reality you are actually in. This can be quite confusing and you may be wondering whether or not there is a better way for you to learn how to astral travel.
The truth is that when you are shifting your consciousness to a new reality, you are essentially ridding yourself of the old one. When you first start learning how to astral travel, you will likely find that you are experiencing many different realities at once. You may even find that your consciousness is split apart and you are seeing things from two different perspectives.
What you must remember, though, is that when you are shifting your consciousness, you are effectively ridding yourself of any and all expectations.
You are simply going on a “voyage” together with your body and you are not carrying your old beliefs with you.
This is why it can be so disconcerting to shift out of one reality and immediately jump back into another. What you need to remember, though, is that when you are changing your perceptions, you are essentially re-uniting your body, your mind, and your soul.
Are There Billions of Realities in This Life and the Next?
The fact is that we live in a universe comprised of trillions upon billions of interacting realities.
If you believe the bible, which says God is omniscient and knows all truth, then you must also believe the un-knowable – that is to say that God does not know all of the truth.
There are a few people who seem to think that they are right and everyone else is wrong, but that is just an illusion created by their own intellect and inability to see all of the possible outcomes.
So, those who claim there are billions upon billions of such realities in our Universe need to either give up or get a new hobby…
Many religious believers believe that there are countless other universes, all of which competing with ours for the attention of humankind.
They believe that there is only one universe and everything that exists in it is purely insignificant compared to the rest of the multiverse.
Those who deny that this is true often use religious statements as proof, which is simply rhetoric used to support their beliefs.
Those who are not religious often state that it doesn’t matter what happens in this life or the next.
There are only eight lives on earth and we have yet to learn anything truly important. After all, we are all here because of a Creator, right? Those who want to look at the real truth, however, point out that there are billions of other realities in this life and those who chose to live in this reality will go to “one” life when their time comes.
There are billions of choices, but not one person is choose to make. So, when asked if there are billions of realities in this life or the next, I will simply say “Yes.”
What Is Reality Shifting and How Can It Help Us?
When you study the universe and the existence of multiverses, you will find that you are caught in a paradoxical situation.
On the one hand you observe reality with your physical eyes, while on the other hand you feel reality with your mind.
This is because the two theories are connected with each other.
The Law of Attraction states that what you think, you will manifest. But, when you study the multiverse theory and apply it to your life, you will notice that the very things that you think, attract.
When you start to think positive thoughts about something, you will be able to create your reality.
For instance, if you want to succeed in your business, all you have to do is think happy thoughts and you will certainly succeed.
On the other hand, if you want to come across people who are negative and pessimistic, all you have to do is think pessimistically and you will definitely attract such individuals into your life.
When the Law of Attraction is used properly, the Theory can be of great help. But, many people are not aware of how the theory of the theory works.
For instance, they might believe that the universe is perfectly balanced and there is nothing wrong with their lives.
But, when they start to think about something positively, they realize that everything around them is out of balance.
Therefore, if they bring this balance into their lives, they will realize how wonderful their lives are.
Therefore, if you too want to bring into your life the theory of reality shifting, then try to think optimistically and you will surely notice the difference.
Yes But Astral Projection and Moving Are Two Different Things
Yes but astral projection and moving are two different things although they are often mistaken to be the same. You see when you go out of your physical body and “travel” to the astral planes, you are essentially projecting yourself into another realm.
The astral planes are vast, similar to the universe, and can even contain other realms besides our own.
But, you are not actually traveling to another place, you are merely transferring yourself from one place to another and your body is simply staying behind.
This can be scary at first because many people think that they are leaving their bodies, or their soul, behind when in reality it is the other way around.
So, how can astral projection and moving be the same? It can’t be the other way around because if your brain was projecting you would be going places you normally couldn’t get to because your physical brain wouldn’t know where to go.
However, once you learn the art of astral travel your brain is able to take on the astral realm and your spirit is able to take on the physical realm.
In this way you are traveling through both your mind and your spirit and yes, you are actually “traveling” throughout both realms simultaneously.
Now, you may be asking yourself, “What is astral projection and moving? “, and the answer is, pretty much everything.
This is the easiest way to explain astral projection and moving so don’t feel bad if you didn’t get to understand this part of astral projection before or if you just don’t believe that astral traveling is possible.
When Reality Shifting No You Can Accidentally Astral Travel
When reality shifting, no you can accidentally astral travel.
The question is whether you can do it without falling asleep first. This is actually a tricky part of astral projection since you are more or less in a very unstable environment.
If you do not have any idea about how you are going to control the environment, then it can be pretty dangerous if you do not pay attention and do something stupid.
You might get the opposite result as what you want which means you might end up having to wake up from your astral projection.
When reality shifting you can accidentally astral travel when you go to sleep at night.
If you can make a quiet place in your bedroom that you feel comfortable in, then you are good to go.
Just try to avoid places with too many lights as these can cause headaches and stress.
The most important thing that you need to do is to spend as much time as possible in this place.
If you can escape from the busyness of your life for a few hours every day, then you will be able to successfully achieve astral projection in no time.
However, there are times when you cannot avoid reality shifting no matter how hard you try to avoid it. In these cases, you might end up getting paralyzed and unable to move.
This is especially true if you have a heavy burden on your shoulder to carry around. If this happens to you, then you are really in trouble as astral projection can mean a lot to you. You should call for an experienced astral traveler to help you during such times.
What Makes Me Think in the Astral Realm – Shifting Consistently
This would help us greatly in understanding the different levels of life on the astral plane and how each of us fits in with the other.
If we are not careful with our thought then we will be constantly shifting and this would make us think that life here is bad, sad, meaningless, etc.
We must understand that this life on the astral plane is basically good because we have reached the point at which we can now choose to be happy or miserable.
If we continue to think that way then we will not be able to enjoy any true joy and happiness that might come our way.
It is with this thought that most of us end up thinking on our deaths.
We often fear that we are no longer living in this world so that when the time comes we will not be able to enjoy any kind of happiness and joy.
However, it is important to remember that while we may die one day, the fact that we are here now is evidence that there are things, events, and situations that we can choose to be happy about.
So what we should be focusing on is to let go of any thoughts that are making us think negatively, whether it is about our death or the state of being here now.
Once we start to realize that we do have choices and thus we can choose to be happy, then those thoughts will begin to shift and thus the experience that we are having in the astral realm will change as well.
We must continue to practice changing the thoughts we have regarding the things that make us sad or unhappy.
The more we dwell on those things the worse we feel inside and this is why we need to focus on the positive instead.
By doing so, we will be able to shift those thoughts and thus will be able to see improvements in our health, life, relationships, etc.
What is Astral Projection You Create a Portal to Go to Your Space!
What is Astral Projection? Astral Projection is a practice to go into your astral body which is believed to be another world or plane where the human body once was.
If you shift by using astral projection you will find that you are in your body and able to use your hands and senses like you were physically on this plane.
If you can stay in the astral realms for an extended period of time you can see people as they are and not just limited to seeing their spirit form.
What is it really like to have an out of body experience like with astral projection? Many claim that it’s like floating or sinking into a dark abyss where you feel as if you’re suspended in mid air.
The sensation of floating or sinking can actually happen in real life, although not in an astral form.
Another thing that some people claim to experience is floating or sinking through water.
Now these experiences may not be from our normal everyday waters, but they do exist.
When you are projecting do not worry about doing it the correct way.
If you are doing it the correct way, you can have an out of body experience that is so real you may actually believe that it is physical.
If you can stay in astral realms for more than 10 minutes, you can experience the feeling of floating or sinking.
If you cannot stay in astral realms for this long you should stop trying.
After this experience you should then be able to do astral projection the correct way.
